CoastMC stores your verified Minecraft UUID, username, server-issued code hashes, session information, punishment references, appeal messages, evidence, and review history to process appeals and prevent unauthorized access.
Only code hashes are stored, not the original appeal codes. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Evidence is stored privately and served as a download only after ownership or staff authorization checks.
Authorized moderators may review case information. Private staff notes and punishment evidence are not shown to players. Optional staff notifications contain case identifiers and event types, without evidence or appeal text.
Closed case messages and evidence are eligible for removal after the configured retention period. Operational and audit records may be retained where needed for security and network enforcement. Contact CoastMC support to request access, correction, or deletion; restrictions may apply to ongoing cases.
No advertising or tracking cookies are used. This operational notice must be reviewed by the network operator before public launch.
