1. Enter your IGN and appeal code
Enter the IGN and personal code shown on your ban screen. Never share the code. It opens only that punishment and its appeals. If you can join the network, use /appealcode for a one-use account code.
2. Select a punishment
Your dashboard shows eligible bans, mutes, and warnings. An open appeal prevents a second submission for the same punishment.
3. Explain and add evidence
Explain why the decision should be reconsidered. Attach relevant PNG, JPEG, WebP, or PDF evidence, up to 5 MB each and five files per case.
4. Follow your case
Replies and decisions appear in your case conversation and notifications. Accepted appeals display pending execution until the Core confirms revocation. No response-time guarantee is implied.
